hiker, fitness lover, explorer
Growing up in Hong Kong, I didn't get too many opportunities to be involved in sports. While I swam competitively for a few years, it wasn't until I moved to Vancouver that I fell in love with fitness. Exercising outdoors is so accessible here. It motivates me to exercise while connecting with nature. Since moving to Vancouver, I've developed a love for track, long distance running, and hiking. I take advantage of the beautiful landscape by going on hikes and exploring various trails. My favourite trails are Grouse Grind and The Chief Peaks. They offer a nice challenge but also give me a chance to unwind and clear my mind.
Whenever I can, I visit art galleries. I always look for new exhibitions, and I enjoy the way different types of art pushes me to look at things from a unique perspective.
I am currently a full time student and I work part time as a behaviour interventionist. I am aspiring to become an elementary school teacher. I've always been interested in education, and in the past few years, that interest has developed into a passion.
With my busy schedule, I value clothing that is comfortable while being stylish. Tonic is exactly that, and more. I love that I can be comfortable, yet still look put together, making it a breeze to transition to whatever the day might bring!
