I think I'm in between sizes. What size should I order?
Falling in between sizes? No problem, we can definitely help. Keep in mind that our activewear is made from stretchy but compressive fabrics. During your workout, Tonic Threads will move with you as you sweat and stretch. Everyone has their own preference when it comes to fits; if you like your fit slightly more compressive, we suggest trying the smaller size. However, if a slightly looser fit suits you better, order the bigger size. We do accept returns and worry-free exchanges in case something isn't fitting right. What are the best tops for women who have larger bust sizes?
The largest size we carry in bras varies from Large and X-Large. If you have a larger bust size, we recommend keeping an eye out for bra tops that have thicker straps, more straps, and that provide medium to high support. The product details will indicate what level of support that each bra top provides, light, medium, or high.
Do you have larger sized options?

I’m not too sure about my measurements. How should I be measuring?
Bust: Measure at the largest point of your chest
Waist: Measure at the smallest point of your torso below the ribs and above the waist
Hips: Measure at the largest point of your hips near pelvic bone
How should I wash the cup inserts included in bras and tanks?
To wash and care for the cup inserts in your tops, simply remove before washing, toss them into a laundry bag, throw them into your wash cycle, and dry flat.
Orders and Payments
Each order should be for personal and non-commercial use. Resale of any Tonic Active product without the explicit consent from Tonic Active is strictly prohibited. Multiple orders representing what Tonic Active deems to be commercial quantities will not be accepted.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
Oh no! Many items are made in limited quantities. If you find a piece you really like, we recommend snatching it up before it goes off our virtual shelves! If you missed your chance, do shoot us an email letting us know what item you'd like to see again at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll make note and see if we can bring that style back for a future collection!
What are my payment options?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. You will be able to select your method of payment during checkout. At this time, we are not accepting any other forms of payment including cash or check. If you have any trouble using your card, please contact Customer Service; we'll get back to you within 24 hours, not including holidays.
What is the status of my order?
Order Confirmed: Perfect! Your order was successfully placed! Thank you! You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your invoice within 24 hours of placing the order.
Shipping Confirmed: Get excited! Your order has been shipped and will be on your doorstep very soon! All orders shipped via Canada Post or USPS will be notified with tracking information and should arrive within seven (7) business days after the order is confirmed.
Shipment Delivered: Your Tonic Threads have been delivered.
From the moment you place your order, you can expect your items at your door within 5-8 business days.
How much do you charge for sales tax?
If you're shopping in the United States, you don't have to worry about that extra charge! Keep shopping! If you are shopping within Canada, your items will be shipped from Canada with no extra duties or hidden costs.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we don't accept orders over the phone, but if you have any difficulty placing your order, please email us at email@example.com and we can help out!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders as quickly as possible, we are unable to make any changes once submitted. If something isn't fitting quite right, please contact our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org; we'll get back to you within 24 hours, not including holidays.
What's your shipping process like?

The process is pretty simple; once your order is confirmed, the magic quickly happens. Your items are picked and packed in our warehouse, placed onto our trucks, and delivered to your door! If you have any questions about your order, please email us at email@example.com.

How long will it take to get to me?
Orders will ship out within one or two days (1-2). Your order should be at your door within 4-7 business days. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Once we've finished preparing your order for your new Tonic Threads, you'll receive an email confirming your order is being shipping, and you'll have the tracking information to get your excitement building!
Can I have my package rushed?
At this time, we do not offer rush shipping.
What if I'm not home to receive my Tonic goodies?
No need to worry! Most of our packages can fit into a mailbox. We send our threads in white mailer bags and you'll know it is a Tonic package. If the package is too big and no one is home, you may be able to coordinate a delivery time or have the item dropped off at your local post office.

I received a gift card. How do I redeem it?
Redeeming your gift card is easy. In the email that you received your Gift Card, click on the unique link in the message and you will receive your unique Gift Card code. At checkout, enter your code to apply it to your purchase.
How do I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check your balance by visiting the unique gift card link sent via email. The balance is displayed beside the gift card when applied to a cart during checkout.
