NORTH AMERICA SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY

Your Tonic Threads should be at your door within 5-8 business days of your order confirmation. Expect no duties or extra charges. Please click here to read more about how our Shipping process works.

RETURN & WORRY-FREE EXCHANGE POLICY


All reduced priced items are final saleItems bought using promotional codes or at a discounted rate are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No exceptions.

All regular priced merchandise – with the exception of headbands – may be returned or exchanged within 21 days of the date of delivery. Merchandise must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept in-person returns or exchanges.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your Tonic Active purchase, please return it and we will refund your order.
Here is how:

    1. Email hello@tonicactive.com within 14 days of the delivery date
    2. Include your order number and “RETURN - (your name)” in the email subject line
    3. We will provide you with our warehouse address for your return and a return authorisation number
    4. Send back the item in its original packaging with the invoice
    5. Make sure that the package is trackable and that the duties are prepaid AND that the package is labeled as a return with product's origin/description as "Made in Canada"
    6. Upon receiving your return, your original payment method will be refunded within five (5) business days

Please note: We suggest that when returning your items, you ship them via a trackable / signed for method, as Tonic Active does not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Note that we do not accept COD returns. Please include the original shipping document plus the returns authorization code in order to help us process a swift refund. Returned items without the correct documentation will be delayed in processing and will slow down the return.

WORRY-FREE EXCHANGES

Tonic is committed to ensuring your pieces fit perfectly. If you want to make an exchange for the same item in a different size, we will exchange your garment free of charge.
Here is how:

    1. Email hello@tonicactive.com within 14 days of the delivery date
    2. Include your order number and “EXCHANGE - (your name)” in the email subject line
    3. Include the preferred size of the same item in the email body
    4. We will provide you with our warehouse address to send back your item
    5. Send back the item in its original packaging with the invoice
    6. Make sure that the package is trackable and that the duties are prepaid AND that the package is labeled as a return with product's origin/description as Made in Canada
    7. Upon receiving your item, your preferred size will be sent to you at no extra cost

Free exchanges pending available stock.
Exchanges for different items to be treated as a return, and a separate purchase must be made.

DEFECTS

In the rare case your Tonic garment has a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace the items free of charge. Here is what to do:

    1. Email hello@tonicactive.com within 7 days of the delivery date
    2. Include your order number and “DEFECT - (your name)” in the email subject line
    3. Attach a clear photo of the defect and a clear photo of the Tonic tag
    4. Include whether you would like a refund or exact exchange (pending availability) in the email body
    5. We will provide with our warehouse address
    6. Send back the item in its original packaging with the invoice
    7. Make sure that the package is trackable and that the duties are prepaid AND that the package is labeled as a return with product's origin/description as Made in Canada
    8. Upon receiving your exchange, your refund will be issued or exchange will be sent to you at no extra cost within five (5) business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee whether you will be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
